Ingredients

  • RIce: 1 and 1/2

  • Peas: 1 cup

  • Oil: 2 big spoons

  • Onion: 1 large

  • Garlic: 1 tbsp

  • Green chilies: 2

  • Tomatoes: 2 medium

  • Salt: up to taste

  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp

  • Garam masala: 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp

  • Chicken Cube: 1

Directions

  • Take a big pot, add oil and onion & fry onion until golden brown color.
  • Add garlic paste and chopped green chilies.
  • After frying garlic and green chilies add some water and add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add spices like salt, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, 1 chicken cube. and cook masala for 5 minutes.
  • Now add peas and cook them for 5 minutes.
  • Add 3 cups of water and add rice. Mix it and cook on medium flame until water is dry.
  • Now cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
  • Rice is ready to serve with kababs and chatni & enjoy 🙂
