RIce: 1 and 1/2
Peas: 1 cup
Oil: 2 big spoons
Onion: 1 large
Garlic: 1 tbsp
Green chilies: 2
Tomatoes: 2 medium
Salt: up to taste
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Chicken Cube: 1
Directions
- Take a big pot, add oil and onion & fry onion until golden brown color.
- Add garlic paste and chopped green chilies.
- After frying garlic and green chilies add some water and add chopped tomatoes.
- Add spices like salt, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, 1 chicken cube. and cook masala for 5 minutes.
- Now add peas and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 cups of water and add rice. Mix it and cook on medium flame until water is dry.
- Now cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Rice is ready to serve with kababs and chatni & enjoy 🙂
