- Chicken Merination:
Chicken Mince: 400 g
Salt: upto taste
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Corn flour: 1 tsp
Oil: 1tbsp
- Potato Mixture:
Potato : 2 Large
Salt: upto taste
Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Corn flour: 1/3 cup
Directions
- Step 1: Chicken Marination
- Take a clean bowl add chicken mince, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, corn flour and oil.
- Mix all the ingredients really well and set aside.
- Step 2: : Potato Mixture
- Peel and cut in small pieces and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once boil remove the water and mash potatoes.
- Now add salt, black pepper and corn flour.
- Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough.
- Now Put the dough on clean surface and plain the dough with the help of rolling pin.
- Take a knife and cut the edges and make square shape.
- Put some amount of chicken on potato mixture and place second piece on it.
- Press little bit so that chicken gets stick to potato mixture.
- Frying:
- Take a pan add oil and add potato chicken wrap one by one.
- Make sure to fry on medium to low flame.
- Fry them for 5 minutes from each side.
