Cauliflower: 1 medium
Carrots: 3
Potatoes: 2 medium
Peas: 1 cup
Tomatoes: 3 Medium
Ginger Garlic paste: 1Tbsp
Onion: 1large
Green chilies: 2
Oil: 1 big spoon
Salt: according to your taste
Red chili powder: 1tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1tsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2tsp
Directions
- Take a clean pan, Add oil & chopped onions. Cook until golden brown color.
- Now Add Ginger Garlic paste and chopped green chilies.
- After frying Ginger Garlic paste now add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes untill tomatoes mashed completely.
- Now its time to add spices like salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala Powder.
- Add some water to cook and mix spices.
- Now add peas and cook it for 5 minutes. we will add peas first because peas take longer to tender.
- Now its time to add all of the cut vegetables. Mix it with masala and cover the pressure cooker lid and wait for 2 whistle.
- After 2 whistle turn off your flame and open the lid of cooker…Our delicious Vegetables are Ready to serve.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and its ready to Enjoy.
