Ingredients

  • Kofta Making(Ingredients):
  • 1- Keema (beef mince): fine grind 400 gram

  • 2- khashkash: 2 tbsp

  • 3- Kabuli channy powder: 2tbsp

  • 4- Onion: 1 medium

  • 5- Garlic paste: 1 tbsp

  • 6- Salt: 1/2 tsp or upto your taste

  • 7- Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp

  • 8- Garam Masala: 1 tsp

  • 9- Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp

  • 10- Mint Leaves: 1 tbsp

  • 11- Green chillies: 2 choped


  • Kofta Curry making (Ingredients):
  • 1- Oil: 2 big spoons

  • 2- Onion: 2 Medium

  • 3- Tomatoes: 2 Medium

  • 4- Garlic Paste: 1 tsp

  • 5- Green chillies: 2

  • 6- Salt: upto taste

  • 7- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp

  • 8- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp

  • 9- Coriander powder: 1 tsp

  • 10- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp

  • 11- Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Kofta Making Method:
  • Grind beef mince, khashkhash, kabuli channy powder, onion, garlic, salt, red chili powder and garam masala in the grinder.
  • Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies and mix it well.
  • Make small size balls.
  • Kofta Curry Making Method:
  • Take a pan add 2 big spoons of oil, add kofta and fry 50%.
  • After golden brown color take it from the pan and put aside, now lets make a gravy.
  • Add chopped onion in the same pan and fry it until light golden brown color.
  • Add tomatoes and garlic paste & cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add spices: salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and gram masala.
  • Now add lil water and mix all the spices really well.
  • Take a grinder machine and grind the masala into fine paste.
  • Add fried koftas and cook it for 5 minutes until oil comes out.
  • Now take 1/2 cup of yogurt, whisk it and add to the gravy.
  • After 5 minutes of cooking now add 1 glass of water to make gravy. You can take the water quantity according to your need.
  • Cover and Cook it on medium to low flame until gravy gets thick and oil comes out.
  • At the End sprinkle some coriander leaves and methi for the nice aroma.
