Chicken: 1 kg
Yogurt: 2 cups
Salt up to taste
Red chili powder: 1tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste: 1tbsp
Tikka Masala: 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce: 2tbsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Onion Rings: 1 large
Green chilies: 2
lemon: 2
Coal: 1 small size
Directions
- Take a clean bowl, add chicken, yogurt, ginger/garlic paste, salt, tikka masala, black pepper, red chili powder, soya sauce & lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients really well and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Take a pan, add oil, and add chicken. Cover & cook chicken on medium flame.
- Once the chicken is done, separate the chicken from the gravy.
- Dry excess water from the gravy and add ring onion, lemon slices & green chilies.
- Grill the chicken on high flame and add to the gravy.
- Put a small size of coal and cover the lid for 10 minutes, to give the smoke to the chicken.
- Jumping grill chicken is ready.
