Ingredients

  • Chicken: 1 kg

  • Yogurt: 2 cups

  • Salt up to taste

  • Red chili powder: 1tbsp

  • Ginger & Garlic paste: 1tbsp

  • Tikka Masala: 3 tbsp

  • Soya Sauce: 2tbsp

  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp

  • Onion Rings: 1 large

  • Green chilies: 2

  • lemon: 2

  • Coal: 1 small size

Directions

  • Take a clean bowl, add chicken, yogurt, ginger/garlic paste, salt, tikka masala, black pepper, red chili powder, soya sauce & lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients really well and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
  • Take a pan, add oil, and add chicken. Cover & cook chicken on medium flame.
  • Once the chicken is done, separate the chicken from the gravy.
  • Dry excess water from the gravy and add ring onion, lemon slices & green chilies.
  • Grill the chicken on high flame and add to the gravy.
  • Put a small size of coal and cover the lid for 10 minutes, to give the smoke to the chicken.
  • Jumping grill chicken is ready.
