Potatoes: 3 Medium size
Oil: 1 Tbsp.
Corn flour: 4Tbsp
Plain Flour: 4Tbsp
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
Salt: up to taste
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
Food color: pinch
Water: 1/4 cup
Directions
- Peel Potatoes and cut in cube shape.
- Wash potatoes and boil for 2 to 3 minutes ( 50 to 60%)
- Now take a clean bowl and add black pepper, salt, corn flour, plain flour, red chili powder, food color & Water.
- Mix all spices and make a thick batter.
- Add boil potatoes in thick batter bowl and mix it well.
- Take a frying pan, add oil & Fry potatoes till golden brown color.
- Serve with ketchup & Enjoy
