Chicken: 1/2 kg
Channa Daal: 250 g
Onion: 1 small piece
Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Clove: 3-4
Cinemon stick: 2-3 medium
Black Pepper: 10-12
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Black cardamom: 2
salt: up to taste
Corriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Chili Flackes: 1 tsp
Egg: 1
Cabbage: 1/2 cup chopped
Mint leaves: 1/2 cup chopped
Coriander Leaves: 1/3 cup chopped
Onlion: 1/3 cup chopped
Directions
- Ad chicken, channa daal and all the spices in pressure cooker.
- Add 2 cups of water and cover the lid.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes after whistle.
- Remove excess water and then pour chicken daal mixture in try to dry.
- Remove the bones and Grind chicken and daal mixture.
- Then add chopped cabbage, mint leaves, Coriander Leaves and onion.
- Mix well and make shapes of kabab.
- Dip in the Egg and fry in medium flame & Enjoy!
