Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour: 2.5 cup

  • Warm Milk: 1 cup

  • Egg: 1 Large

  • Sugar: 2tbsp

  • Yeast: 2tsp

  • Salt: 1.2 tsp

  • Butter: 2tbsp

  • Oil for frying

  • Chocolate: according to your need

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add warm milk, 1 egg, sugar & yeast. mix it well.
  • Take another clean bowl of all-purpose flour, add salt, and add milk batter.
  • Mix the Flour mixture and milk batter really well then add butter.
  • Cover & rest the dough for 1 hour.
  • Dust the flour on a clean surface and place the dough.
  • Knead the dough really well and make the shape of the donuts.
  • Take a frying pan and add oil for frying.
  • Fry donuts on medium to low flame until golden brown color.
  • Once done, sprinkle some icing sugar & chocolate of your choice.
  • Delicious donuts are ready to serve to your family and enjoy.
