All Purpose Flour: 2.5 cup
Warm Milk: 1 cup
Egg: 1 Large
Sugar: 2tbsp
Yeast: 2tsp
Salt: 1.2 tsp
Butter: 2tbsp
Oil for frying
Chocolate: according to your need
Directions
- Take a bowl and add warm milk, 1 egg, sugar & yeast. mix it well.
- Take another clean bowl of all-purpose flour, add salt, and add milk batter.
- Mix the Flour mixture and milk batter really well then add butter.
- Cover & rest the dough for 1 hour.
- Dust the flour on a clean surface and place the dough.
- Knead the dough really well and make the shape of the donuts.
- Take a frying pan and add oil for frying.
- Fry donuts on medium to low flame until golden brown color.
- Once done, sprinkle some icing sugar & chocolate of your choice.
- Delicious donuts are ready to serve to your family and enjoy.
