Oil: 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Vanilla: 1tsp
Egg: 2
Milk: 1/4 cup
Maida: 1 & 1/3 cup
Backing powder: 1 tbsp
- Chocolate ganache:
cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Salt: pinch
Milk: 1 cup
Butter: 1 Tbsp
Directions
- Take a clean bowl, add oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and beat all the ingredients with the help of a beater.
- Now take another bowl and add Maida, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add dry ingredients to the batter by using a strainer.
- Combine all the ingredients with the help of a spatula.
- Then add milk and again mix it.
- Grease the cake pan with oil and place butter paper.
- Pour the cake batter into the cake pan & tap it.
- Bake the cake at 340 degrees F or bake cake in the pan for 30 minutes on low flame.
- Chocolate ganache:
- Take a clean pot, and add cocoa powder, corn flour, sugar, salt & milk.
- Mix all the ingredients and cook it on medium flame until the batter gets thick.
- Turn off the flame and add butter.
- Assemble
- After baking the cake. cut it into 2 parts.
- Add some chocolate ganache to 1st layer.
- Assemble 2nd layer of cake and put the remaining chocolate ganache on top.
- Spread chocolate ganache overall on the cake with the help of a spatula.
- Super moist chocolate cake is ready.
