Mayonnaise: 1 cup

Garlic paste: 1/2 tsp

All-purpose Flour: 500g
Corn Flour: 1 cup

Directions
- Chicken Marination
- Take a bowl add all the spices and some water.
- Add chicken slices and marinate for 1 hour.
- Sauce
- Take a cup of yogurt add mayonnaise, garlic paste, red chili powder & salt.
- Mix it well and your sauce is ready.
- Chicken Coating
- Take a separate, Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt & black pepper.
- Frying
- Take a pan, add oil, and preheat on medium flame.
- Take a piece of chicken slice coat it in flour mixture, then put it in cold water for some seconds, then again put the chicken piece in flour mixture for double coating.
- Add the coated chicken in oil, Fry it on medium flame until golden brown color.
- Assembling
- Take roasted buns and put some sauce on them. add some ketchup then put the second piece of bun.
- Add fried chicken pieces, some vegetables of your choice,
