Ingredients

  • Chicken with bones: 400 g

  • Water: 2 liter

  • Salt: upto taste

  • Black pepper: 3 tbsp or ( upto taste)

  • Soya Sauce: 5 tbsp

  • Oil: 1 big spoon

  • Capsicum: 1 large

  • Carrots: 2 medium

  • Peas: 1 cup

  • Chicken cube: 1

  • Macaroni: 1 cup

  • Egg: 1

  • Corn Flour: 5tbsp

Directions

  • Take a clean pot, add chicken, salt, black pepper & soya sauce. Cover and cook until chicken gets tender.
  • Separate chicken and chicken stock, shred chicken & set aside.
  • Add 2 tbsp oil in same pot and add capsicum, carrots, salt, black pepper and soya sauce. Fry vegetables for 2 minutes and take out from the pot and set aside.
  • Now fry shred chicken. add some oil and chicken, salt, black pepper , soya sauce, fry for 2 minutes and then add chicken cube & some water to dissolve it.
  • Add chicken stock in chicken and also add lil more water. cover the lid and cook until boiling.
  • Now add peas and macaroni and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Add Corn flour to the soup and mix it.
  • At the End add fried vegetables and egg.
