- Shawarma bread:
All-purpose Flour: 3 cups
Salt according to taste
Yeast: 1.5 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
- Chicken marination:
Chicken: 1/2 kg
White pepper: 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala: 1 tbsp
Salt according to taste
Garlic powder: 1tsp
- Sauce
Yogurt: 1 cup
Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder: 1tsp
Red chili powder: 1 pinch
Salt up to taste
Directions
- Showarna Bread
- Take a clean bowl and add all-purpose flour, salt, yeast, oil & some water.
- Mix all the ingredients well and rest the dough for 1 hour.
- knead the dough and make a round shape of bread.
- Put the bread in the pan and cook for some time until it is done.
- Chicken Marination
- Take a clean bowl and add chicken, White pepper, tikka masala, salt, and garlic powder.
- Mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Take a frying pan, add some oil and then add our marinated chicken, cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Sauce
- Take a cup of yogurt, add mayonnaise, garlic powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, salt,
- Mix all the ingredients and the sauce is ready.
- Assembling
- Place butter paper on a clean surface, put bread & add sauce, chicken, fries, and vegetables according to your choice.
- Wrap it with butter paper and Enjoy
