Oil: 1 Big spoon
Onion: 1 medium (fine chop)
Chicken: 1/2 kg
Boil Potato: 3 medium size
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Garlic powder: 1tsp
Black pepper: 1tsp
Tikka masala: 1tbsp
Soya Sauce: 2tbsp
Green chilies: 1 large crushed
Roasted & crushed cumin: 1/2 tsp
Egg: 1
Directions
- Take a frying pan, add some oil, chopped onion, and chicken. Cook chicken and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, tikka masala, soya sauce, and some water to mix it well.
- Cover the frying pas & cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
- Shred the chicken pieces and dry the excess water. add boiled potatoes
- Add boiled potatoes to shredded chicken, then add some chopped green chilies, red chili powder, salt, roasted & crushed cumin.
- Mix all the ingredients well, and make round shapes of cutles.
- Dip cutles in whisked egg and shallow fry cutles on medium to high flame until nicely golden brown color.
