Chicken: 1 kg
Oil for frying
Chickpea Flour: 2 cups
All-purpose Flour: 1/2 cup
Ginger/ garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Crushed Green chilies: 1tbsp
Coriander powder: 1.5 tsp
Cumin Powder: 1tbsp
Salt According to taste
Chili flakes: 1tbsp
Water: According to the need
Yellow food color: 1 pinch
Sesame seeds: 1tbsp
Directions
- Take a clean bowl, add chickpea flour, corn flour, ginger & garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt according to taste, chili flakes, Sesame seeds & some food color.
- Add some water to make it thick batter.
- Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- After marination fry chicken pakora on medium flame until golden brown color.
- Chicken pakora is ready, serve & enjoy.
