Chicken:1/2 kG
Macroni/ Pasta:6-7 cups
Capsicum: 2-3 Large
Carrot: 2-3 Large
Oil: 1 & half Big Spoons
Onion: 1 medium
Tomatoes: 3 medium
Green Chilies: 2
Garlic: 2-5 clove
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Salt: To Taste
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Boil Macaroni/Pasta
- Take boiling water, add macaroni/pasta, some salt, and oil.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the macaroni is boiled properly.
- Chicken prep
- Take a pan add oil and chopping onion.
- After sometime add chicken and cook it for 5 minutes with onion.
- Now add green chilies, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, black pepper and garam masala.
- Cook the chicken masala for 5 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes paste of 3 medium size tomatoes and Cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame until chicken gets fully tender.
- Frying Vegetables
- Take a frying pan & give a stir fry to all the vegetables you like.
- Add some oil, salt(up to taste), black pepper & soya sauce.
- Leave it on flame for 2 to 3 minutes Only.
- Assembling
- Combine boiled macaroni/pasta, chicken, and fried vegetables.
- Mix it well and enjoy.
