Chicken 1 kg
Onion: 1 Large
Tomatoes (chopped)medium: 2
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Oil ½ cup
Directions
- First add 2 big spoons of Oil in Mitti ke handi. Then add fine chopped onion and cook until golden brown color.
- Take out brown onion from the pot and add to another bowl of chopped tomatoes. Grind it to paste and set aside.
- Now Add chicken to the pot and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Add Ginger paste, chopped green chilies, spices , tomatoes & onion paste to the pot .
- Cook it for another 15 minutes until oil comes out.
- Now if you want to make curry you can add water as you like.
- Garnish it with chopped green chilies, green coriander and serve it hot.
