Beef/Mutton Mince:500/Gram
Macroni/ Pasta:1 Pack
Capsicum: 2-3 Large
Carrot: 2-3 Large
Oil: 2 Big Spoons
Onion: 1 Large
Tomatoes: 1 Large
Green Chilies: 2 Medium
Garlic: 2-5 clove
Water: 4 Cups
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: To Taste
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Tikka Masala: 1 tsp
Knorr Chicken Cube: 1
Directions
- Cook Beef/Mutton Mince
- Add beef/mutton mince in a pressure cooker or in a pot to cook.
- Add chopped Onion, chopped tomato, green chilies, Chopped garlic, spices, knorr chicken cube, and 4 cups of water.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the mince is tender.
- Add 2 big spoons of oil and dry the excessive water.
- Boil Macaroni/Pasta
- Take boiling water, add macaroni/pasta, some salt, and oil.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the macaroni is boiled properly.
- Frying Vegetables
- Take a frying pan & give a stir fry to all the vegetables you like.
- Add salt(up to taste), black pepper & soya sauce.
- Leave it on flame for 2 to 3 minutes Only.
- Assembling
- Combine boiled macaroni/pasta, beef/mutton mince, and fried vegetables.
- Mix it well & Enjoy.
