Chicken with bones: 400 g
Water: 2 liter
Salt: upto taste
Black pepper: 3 tbsp or ( upto taste)
Soya Sauce: 5 tbsp
Oil: 1 big spoon
Capsicum: 1 large
Carrots: 2 medium
Peas: 1 cup
Chicken cube: 1
Macaroni: 1 cup
Egg: 1
Corn Flour: 5tbsp
Directions
- Take a clean pot, add chicken, salt, black pepper & soya sauce. Cover and cook until chicken gets tender.
- Separate chicken and chicken stock, shred chicken & set aside.
- Add 2 tbsp oil in same pot and add capsicum, carrots, salt, black pepper and soya sauce. Fry vegetables for 2 minutes and take out from the pot and set aside.
- Now fry shred chicken. add some oil and chicken, salt, black pepper , soya sauce, fry for 2 minutes and then add chicken cube & some water to dissolve it.
- Add chicken stock in chicken and also add lil more water. cover the lid and cook until boiling.
- Now add peas and macaroni and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add Corn flour to the soup and mix it.
- At the End add fried vegetables and egg.
