Chicken: 1/2 kg
Oil: 2 big spoons
Onion: 1 Large
Tomato: 4 Large
Garlic: 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilies: 2 Large
Salt: according to taste
Red chili powder: 1tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce: 2tbsp
Directions
- Take a frying pan and add 2 big spoons of oil. Add Chicken and fry until golden brown color.
- After frying take out the chicken from the oil and place aside into a plate.
- Now add finely chopped onion to the oil and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Then add tomato and green chilies and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the frying pan from the stove and grind onion tomato green chilies into paste.
- Add garlic paste and mix it in the gravy.
- Add fry chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame until the oil comes out.
- Add 1 or 2 cups of water to make a gravy, cover and cook on medium flame until the chicken gets fully tender.
- Sprinkle some parsley and you chicken is ready to Serve.
