- Beef Mince:
Un salted Butter: 1 cup
Onion: Medium (finely chopped)
Beef mince: 250 g
Salt according to taste
Red chili powder: 1tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1tsp
Green chilies: 1 chop
Tomato: 1 medium ( paste)
- Potato :
Potato: 4 medium boiled
Salt according to taste:
Black pepper: 1tsp
Egg: half
All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Directions
- Take a pan and add unsalted butter, and chopped onion. Cook it for 5 minutes
- Add beef mince, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, soya sauce, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and tomato paste. Cover & cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
- Take medium-sized boiled potatoes. Mash them and add some salt according to your taste Black pepper, half egg, and half cup of all-purpose flour.
- Mix the potato mixture, the consistency of the mixture should be thick.
- Dust the flour on the counter or clean the surface, take some potato mixture & put some quantity of mince on it.
- Make the round shape with the help of your hands. Then put it directly into the frying pan for frying.
- Make sure to preheat your oil before frying.
- Shallow fry pancake on medium flame until golden brown.
- Stuffed Potato Pancakes are ready, you can serve them at tea time as snacks.
