Chicken: 250 g
Spaghetti:
Yogurt: 1 cup
Oil: half cup
Rec chili powder: 1tsp
Salt up to taste
Soya Sauce: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala: 1tsp
Tandoori Masala: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: pinch
Capsicum: 2 medium size
Cabbage: 1 medium
Carrot: 2 medium
Directions
- Step1: Chicken Preparation
- Take a clean bowl, Add chicken, yogurt, red chili powder, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, tikka masala & tandoori masala
- Mix it well and marinate for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Take a pan, add 1 cup of oil and chicken, mix it then cover & cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame.
- Step 2: Boil spaghetti
- Take boiling water add some oil, salt, and spaghetti.
- Drain it after boiling, Put some cold water on spaghetti.
- Add some salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix it well with the ingredients.
- Step 3: Frying Vegetables
- Take vegetables of your choice and shallow fry for 5 minutes.
- Add some oil, salt, and soya sauce.
- Do not overcook vegetables.
- Assembling
- Now assemble chicken, vegetables, and boiled spaghetti.
- Mix it well and Enjoy.
